Kevin M. Luddy – President
Kevin began his career by earning his B.A. in Business Administration from St. Michael's College in 1972 and later earning his M.A. in Business Administration from the University of New Haven in 1978. Since then he has held many acclaimed positions with several of the country's top mortgage companies. As holder of these and other acclaimed positions, such as Branch Manager and Vice President, Kevin's common responsibility included operation of local branches and the origination of mortgage loans. Now as President of the Constitution Mortgage, he claims responsibility for the entire operation including three originators and two support staff. He also maintains relationships with ten lenders with production throughout the State of Connecticut.

Gregg M. Luddy - Underwriter
Gregg attended Southern Connecticut State University with a degree in Marketing. Since then, he has developed an impressive background of experience in the development of record retention systems to ensure compliance with State Regulations and customer service. Now at Constitution Mortgage, he assists originators, coordinates communication with attorneys and lenders to ensure efficient closings, and is responsible for document integrity for mortgages. He has recently attained designated underwriting status with two previous lenders to process, underwrite and clear mortgages prior to lender submission.

Susan B. Rubino – Loan Administrator
Susan began her career in finance with Connecticut Savings Bank where she worked for three years as a teller. Since then she went on to work for Countrywide Mortgage as an Underwriter of Conventional Mortgages and more recently worked for American Mortgage Services as a Loan Officer where she was assigned to six real estate offices. Currently, she works as a Loan Administrator for Constitution Mortgage Company and as the President's Administrative Assistant. On a day-to-day basis, she utilizes her computer skills as well as her financial background to assist clients with their financial needs.

Margaret R. Rybacki – Closer
Margaret earned her B.A. degree in Business and Economics from Albertus Magnus College and soon after became Supervisor of the Closing Department in Residential Lending at GMAC Mortgage Corporation. She moved on to support the Underwriting and Funding Departments in the Commercial Lending Division for Travelers Realty Investment Corporation. After three years, she gained position as the Supervisor of the Closing Department for Norwest Mortgage Corporation. Presently as Closer for the Constitution Mortgage Corporation, she schedules loans for closing, prepares legal and financial documents, and resolves post closing deficiency issues.
